As a communicator and leader, the roles I adopt vary from acting as an advisor, sharing strategic counsel, or acting as an organisation spokesperson or media point of contact. My work also focuses on coaching individuals with specialist expertise on effective stakeholder engagement, media dialogue, preparation for interviews, and how to handle difficult situations safely. This includes crisis management, conflict resolution, and the public aspect of whistleblower accusations. Programmes are outcome-driven and orientated towards policy, funding, and behaviour change and often delivered in partnership with international colleagues.

I thrive on working with large and small businesses alike, helping to make a difference in the language they use to speak to their customers, suppliers and potential investors. I have a huge passion for getting under the skin of a business and really interrogating the status quo. For me, it is all about shaping exceptional customer communications, whether face-to-face or engaging on a social media platform.
