I am determined, pragmatic, and thrive on stakeholder interactions because investing time to understand different viewpoints pays off in the long run especially in times of crisis. As a communicator and leader, the roles I adopt vary from acting as an advisor, sharing strategic counsel, or acting as an organisation spokesperson or media point of contact. My work also focuses on coaching individuals with specialist expertise on effective stakeholder engagement, media dialogue, preparation for interviews, and how to handle difficult situations safely. This includes crisis management, conflict resolution, and the public aspect of whistleblower accusations. Programmes are outcome-driven and orientated towards policy, funding, and behaviour change and often delivered in partnership with international colleagues.
